TERMS OF SALE TICKETS 2015 season
1. Liability of Carrier & exclusions.
ATLANTIS MARINE TRANS VAR or ATVM is a French shipping company. As such, if it is liable, it would be only the terms and conditions of the legislation on maritime passenger transport (Law of 18/06/66 86.1292 amended by Act of 12/23/86 and decree of application).
These terms and conditions shall apply to individuals, individually or in groups under 15 people.

ATVM can not be held responsible for the following cases of force majeure: accident, breakdown, attack, war, bad weather, sabotage, acts of God or any other damage completely unavailable making the availability of the unit.
By buying a ticket, a passenger submits himself fully to these terms of sale to the exclusion of all other documents, such as prospectuses or catalogs issued by ATVM or one of its providers and partners who have an indicative value . ATVM reserves the right to change the terms of these terms and conditions at any time. The provisions will be those in effect at the date of sale of the ticket.
2. Prices and discounts.
Rates are based on transport rights. Consumption on board are supplements.
Cruise fares are fixed, TTC and clearly presented. They include eco fee for visiting the national parks & protected sites and the various port taxes.
Rates, and booking conditions and regulations being previously set, no changes or transaction will be negotiated on board or after the departure of the ship.
Weather conditions do not constitute a tariff change pretext.
In case the passenger enjoys reduction (child rates, partner …), it must on request of ATVM or one of its employees, to provide any proof of such identification for rates child.
Promotional offers and discounts are not cumulative.
Regulations modes: Cash, Travellers checks (without giving change), Cheques Banking and Blue Card (ferry terminal and office of St Cyr sur Mer Tourism).
3. Ship Occupation.
On boarding a ship of ATVM, a passenger automatically submits to the authority of the captain.
He will have every moment follow the instructions given by the crew and present his ticket when boarding.
In addition, the passenger remains responsible for the damage he commits on board. In case the passenger uses a free audio guide, it also will be responsible if it worsens it (including in the case of spray) and ATVM reserves the right to request reimbursement for the damage.
ATVM disclaims all liability for theft or damage of goods & passengers effects (including in the case of spray).
Children and minors under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
Regarding the transport of disabled passengers captain remains the sole judge and can deny boarding to certain diseases especially depending on the weather or if the coaching staff is lacking.
Proper attire is required.
A courteous and correct behavior is required on board the boat to the other passengers, crew members and staff.
Failure to do so would result in the immediate discharge of the passenger and the persons accompanying a port in accordance with the disciplinary and criminal regime of the merchant marine.
In this case, no refund can not be demanded and return on Bandol will be exclusive to the passenger’s expense and under his responsibility.
The investment board is free and a passenger can not be refunded or get a price discount if instead he wants is already occupied.
Dogs are our friends and are therefore welcome on board provided they are not a danger to other passengers and staff.
The ships are non-smoking.
4. Cancellations, Delays & refunds.
Tickets are personal and may not be resold. They are not exchangeable or refundable and correspond to a specific departure to a specific date for a specific Port (Bandol and St Cyr sur mer).
In the case of a ticket for a stopover on an island, the trip is to / (back in the day).
In the case of loss of the ticket, no duplicate will be issued.
ATVM reserves the choice of vessel used for its cruises. Thus a ticket purchased corresponds to a destination but never to a particular ship.
-Cancellations By carrier:
ATVM and its representatives remain the sole judges for evaluation of weather conditions.
ATVM reserves the right to cancel or alter sailing for reasons of safety and passenger comfort.
In this case and only in this case, ATVM will refund the tickets, or postpone the date chosen by the passenger (in the limit of seats available on board and for the current season).
The passenger can not claim in any way to any other type of compensation regardless of injury.
In cases where the tickets were purchased at a partner institution (hotel type tourist office or others …), the refund will be made by them. In no case so purchased tickets will be reimbursed by the beings ferry terminal at the port of Bandol.
-Cancellations By the passenger:
Issued tickets are not exchangeable or refundable. However ATVM full refund of tickets if and only if the passenger is victim of some act of God: death, illness with medical consultation, strike, attack, war, accident. The client undertakes to provide ATVM in the shortest time possible, proof.
In the case of a bulk purchase of tickets, only the ticket victim cases of force majeure mentioned above will be refunded unless expressly agreed ATVM and passengers.
Boarding takes place later than 15 minutes before departure. If a passenger can not be on board at the time of departure, he can not claim any refund or any compensation except express agreement of ATVM.
-Adjusts Of a vessel:
We recall here that the return times are indicative and may change without notification by ATVM and no rate change will be made. The passenger can in no way claim to any compensation or the nature of his injury.
On landing on the islands, the captain gives micro returns schedules. These times will be respected, and the ship leaves the dock on time (logbook as proof). If a passenger misses the ship’s departure, return on Bandol will be at its expense, under his own responsibility and no refund will be granted by ATVM.
-When The cruise “discovery of dolphins and whales” if any animal is observed, it is proposed as a gesture of goodwill, a visit to “6 creeks of Cassis and Marseille.” Bought a place corresponding to one seat available in the morning or on a date proposed by ATVM. However no refunds will be made if a passenger does not take this offer.

Depending on the mode of payment and technical, ATVM conduct repayments by credit card or by bank check.
Reimbursement by species is prohibited. In all cases the ticket must imperatively be produced by the passenger and all payment receipts proving the full ownership of the ticket.
5. Purchase tickets online.

6. Video monitoring board.
The ATVM ships are under video surveillance to better ensure safety in navigation and in port. 8. Personal Information Management.
In France, the personal data are especially protected by law n ° 78-87 of 6 January 1978, Act No. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, Article L. 226-13 of the Penal Code and the European Directive October 24, 1995.

All claims must be made by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt as soon as possible and maximum one month following the date of the service, with supporting documentation, to the company whose details appear in the footer.
